This course equips chamber executives, senior staff and board-facing leaders with the financial acumen needed to lead confidently, communicate clearly and support strong governance. Participants build a practical understanding of core nonprofit financial statements, board fiduciary responsibilities and the financial dynamics that drive chamber sustainability. Moving beyond historical reporting, the course introduces forward‑looking budgeting and forecasting techniques that align financial planning with strategic goals, membership growth and long‑term impact.
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- Interpret, analyze and communicate nonprofit financial information with confidence, translating core financial statements, metrics and dashboards into clear, actionable insights for boards and stakeholders.
