Managing Your Chamber Foundation Board

• Ongoing Development and Assessment: How can you be sure that your board is meeting the expectations that you set for them, and what can you do if they are not?
• Fundraising: What are effective strategies for turning your governance board into a fundraising board?

Each section includes a presentation and downloadable, tactical resources to use in managing your chamber foundation board.
